Thru out the orient, in the early morning before hubbub of daily life, people of all ages begin the day by performing Traditional exercises (out side fresh air) in the parks and woods where they live, all peacefully training together under The trees surrounding the cycles of nature, the transformation of night into day and day into night, we to are in the pattern of the cycle of life





 

Tai Chi Chuan (Ultimate balance Hand Method) or The Chinese characters for Tai Chi Chuan can be translated as the 'Grand Ultimate state, Fist'. There are a number of forms (sometimes also called 'sets'), which consist of a sequence of movements. It is a form of martial arts (self Defense-Method) and perhaps even more ancestrally as a practice of the natural movements and how it related, to nature.
Chinese Martial and Health Art based on Taoist (Oriental Philosophy) principles. It can prevent illness and prolong lifespan. It reinforces the bones and muscles and regulates blood pressure. It is a means to promote (Health Building).

Based on the Creative and Destructive Cycles (Five elements-Wu Shing) as a research tools to build Offense and Counter -Offense. The cycles (Philosophy) generate strategies of (Self Defense and Health Building Method). Example: The creative cycle the principles of "joining", "following", "adhering", "sticking", and/or "guiding." These principles all describe the player’s ability to follow, guide, stick to, adhere to, or join with the opponent's force. The destructive cycle the player’s ability to shut down, stop or lock the opponent and/or cut off the opponent's power.

 

Based on the process of Gathering the Hand/Fist techniques (Crossing and crossed-manipulation).In Eight Transformations Palm (Ba Gua Zhang) uses animals to represent the characteristics of the phases of (Self- Defense and Health Sciences). Animals are used as a tool to represent Self –Offense and Counter Offense patterns (Strategy and Tactic and techniques), in correspondence with the different phases of the Eight Trigrams. A student’s body type and personality were matched with the system that best suited them. The different systems are designed to maximize different bodies (Physical Attributes) and temperaments (Mental and Emotional Attributes).

Shao-Lin Temple Kung Fu is the source of the distinctive Oriental /Chinese martial and Health Arts tradition. Through Philosophy, the numerous and varied native Fighting and Health forms (sets) of China were refined into a system. Through the development of Shao-Lin Chuan, Oriental/Chinese Martial and Health Arts became a philosophically based system oriented toward Self Defense, Health, exercise, and inner development.
